iTherm® Hot-Runner manifold plate is produced from tool steel forged or rolled blocks using HTS proprietary additive manufacturing technology.
It is a prefabricated single body component with equal mechanical properties as tool steel monoblock.
Resin distribution channels can be freely designed according to the requirements of the moulded part, not by limitations of using conventional drilling methods.
It is highly customizable to specific customer requirements.

Resin distribution channels inside iTherm® HR Manifold plate have no plugs, no dead zones and no sharp corners. Therefore, material/colour change is quicker and with less scrap.

In comparison with conventionally made Manifold plate, iTherm® Manifold plate assures equivalent distance channels, shorter flow paths, and uniform pressure drop.
